  • Promotion of exhibitions and cultural events: solo exhibition with works of art by Davide Ragazzi artist and collective exhibitions with works of art by Davide Ragazzi and international artists.

  • Fulfill your request. Following up on specific requests addressed to us by Users for communications of an informative nature relating to our services, via emails, by filling in the contact form or any contact forms in this website and other communication tools such as telephone. This treatment is optional and based on the User consent, however failure to communicate one or more data will make it impossible to respond to the request for information and to use our services.

User personal data will be collected in order to respond to different types of received  information requests, such as partecipation in exhibitions with Davide Ragazzi’s works of art, the online store in this site, handling and packaging of the works of art, insurance, custom charges, transport and returns. The Data will be stored by the Data Processor, Arch. Enza Di Vinci, who, at any time be asked to delete personal data from the contact list received. By filling in contact forms of this site their data, Users consent to their use to respond to request for information or any other purpose indicated by form headers. The data entered in contact forms are sent to the imap.mail.me.com server and are protected with incoming and outgoing SSL protocol. At the moment of receipt, the data received will be saved and stored on external drives and will never be saved on iCloud.

Newsletter

By registering for the newsletter, User name and email address are automatically added to a list of contacts to which email messages containing information, includign commercial and promotional information, relating to this website may sent. user email address could also be added to this list after making a purchase. User can choose at any time to unuscribe from the newsletter by clicking on a specific button thet he will find in the emails. After clicking on delete botton, User Data will be delete immediately from the email marketing list.
